About StudyBridge
StudyBridge is a technology platform that connects international students with accredited educational placement agencies. StudyBridge operates as a marketplace and software infrastructure provider — it does not provide educational consulting, university placement, visa advice, or application guidance directly.
StudyBridge provides agencies with a fully branded platform environment including application pipeline management, document collection, student dashboards, team management, analytics, audit trails, and a marketplace listing on the main StudyBridge portal.
StudyBridge does not represent any university listed on the platform. University profiles and program listings are maintained to help students explore options. Agencies independently register programs under universities they are authorized to work with. StudyBridge does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any program listing or agency claim.
StudyBridge is currently operated by an individual, El Bechir Ebnou, based in Turkey. The business is in the process of formal registration as a legal entity. Upon incorporation, this section will be updated accordingly.

privacy@studybridgee.ioWho these terms apply to
These Terms apply to all users of studybridgee.io and any StudyBridge-powered subdomain, including:
Agencies — educational placement and consulting organizations that subscribe to the StudyBridge platform
Students — individuals who create an account on studybridgee.io or any agency-branded subdomain to explore programs and submit applications
Visitors — anyone who browses studybridgee.io without a registered account
By accessing or using any part of the StudyBridge platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Agency terms
Agencies may not access the StudyBridge platform without completing a manual onboarding process. To be approved, an agency must:
Provide verifiable proof of legal authorization to operate as an educational placement or consulting agency in their jurisdiction
Provide accurate business registration details
Agree to these Terms in full before their account is activated
StudyBridge reserves the right to reject any agency application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

By subscribing to StudyBridge, agencies agree to:
Only list programs and universities they are legitimately authorized to represent
Provide students with accurate, complete, and non-misleading information about programs, fees, admission requirements, and timelines
Respond to student inquiries and applications in a timely and professional manner
Not collect any payments from students outside of their own agreed service arrangements — StudyBridge does not process student payments and is not responsible for any financial arrangement between an agency and a student
Maintain their own compliance with applicable laws in the jurisdictions they operate in, including any regulations governing educational consulting or student recruitment
Agencies may register programs under any university listed in the StudyBridge catalog. By creating a program listing, the agency represents that it has the right and authorization to offer or promote that program to students.
StudyBridge owns and maintains the integrity of all university profiles on the platform. Agencies may not alter, misrepresent, or make unauthorized claims about any university profile. Program listings created by agencies are the responsibility of the agency — StudyBridge does not verify their accuracy and is not liable for any inaccuracy in a program listing.
If a university or authorized representative notifies StudyBridge that a program listing is unauthorized or inaccurate, StudyBridge reserves the right to remove the listing immediately without prior notice to the agency.
Agencies that list programs on the StudyBridge platform understand that those listings may appear on the public StudyBridge marketplace at studybridgee.io, where students can discover and inquire about programs. StudyBridge does not guarantee any volume of student leads or inquiries. The marketplace is provided as an additional visibility channel — not as a guaranteed source of business.
Agencies retain ownership of the program content, documents, and materials they upload to their branded portal. By uploading content to the platform, agencies grant StudyBridge a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform for the purpose of delivering the service. This license ends when the agency cancels their subscription or when content is deleted.
StudyBridge retains ownership of all platform infrastructure, university catalog data, design, and technology.
Student terms
Students may register an account on studybridgee.io or any agency-branded subdomain. Students must be at least 16 years of age to register. Students under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring all information and documents you submit through the platform are accurate, complete, and genuine. Submitting forged, falsified, or misleading documents — including transcripts, passports, financial statements, or any other supporting material — may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant university or authorities.
StudyBridge provides students with:
A searchable marketplace of programs listed by partner agencies
A personal dashboard to track applications across agencies
Secure document upload and storage
Direct communication with agencies through the platform chat
StudyBridge does not provide educational advice, application guidance, visa assistance, or university admission consulting. All such services are provided by the agency you choose to work with — not by StudyBridge.
Neither StudyBridge nor any agency on the platform can guarantee admission to any university or program. Admission decisions are made solely by universities and are entirely outside the control of StudyBridge and its partner agencies.
StudyBridge does not handle, process, or take responsibility for any payments between students and agencies. If an agency charges you a service fee, that arrangement is entirely between you and the agency. StudyBridge has no visibility into or responsibility for such transactions.
If you believe an agency has acted dishonestly or taken money from you under false pretenses, you should report this to StudyBridge immediately at support@studybridgee.io. StudyBridge will investigate and take appropriate action including suspension or permanent ban of the agency.
Marketplace rules and content ownership
StudyBridge operates as a technology marketplace. It does not employ the agencies listed on the platform, does not control the advice agencies give to students, and is not a party to any agreement between an agency and a student.
StudyBridge's role is limited to providing the technology infrastructure through which agencies and students interact.
The presence of an agency or program on the StudyBridge platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification by StudyBridge. Students should conduct their own due diligence when selecting an agency to work with.
University profiles on the StudyBridge platform are maintained by StudyBridge for informational purposes only. Program listings under each university are created by independent agencies and do not represent official communication from the universities themselves. Students should verify all program details directly with the relevant university before submitting an application.
Data, privacy and document storage
For students using agency-branded subdomains, the agency acts as the data controller for your personal and application data within their portal. StudyBridge acts as a data processor on behalf of the agency.
For students using studybridgee.io directly, StudyBridge acts as the data controller.
All documents uploaded to the platform are stored in encrypted cloud storage in the EU region (Cloudflare R2, EU). Platform infrastructure operates from EU-North-1 servers.
Documents are accessible only via time-limited pre-signed URLs generated by the StudyBridge backend, valid for 30 minutes only. After expiry, re-authentication is required to access any document. Documents are never accessible via direct public links.
Only the agency's authorized team members and the student who uploaded the document may access it. StudyBridge staff do not access document contents except where technically necessary to respond to a verified security incident.
StudyBridge is committed to full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your rights under GDPR include:
Right to access — request a copy of all personal data held about you
Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Right to erasure — request deletion of your data at agency level or platform-wide
Right to restriction — request that processing be restricted while a dispute is resolved
Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
Right to lodge a complaint — with your national data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@studybridgee.io.
To permanently delete all personal data across every agency you have interacted with on StudyBridge:
Visit studybridgee.io/delete-my-data
Confirm your identity using your registered credentials
Review the list of agencies holding your data
Confirm your deletion request
All personal data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days. You will receive email confirmation once deletion is complete. This action cannot be undone.
For complete details of how data is collected, used, retained, and protected, see the StudyBridge Privacy Policy at studybridgee.io/privacy.

Impersonate any person, organization, or university
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or any restricted part of the platform
Use the platform to mislead, defraud, or exploit students in any way
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the platform's security or infrastructure

Operate on the platform without maintaining valid authorization to practice educational consulting in their jurisdiction
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StudyBridge is not liable for:
Any university's decision to reject, defer, or revoke an application
The accuracy or completeness of any program listing created by an agency
Any financial loss arising from an arrangement between a student and an agency
Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond StudyBridge's control
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform
StudyBridge's total liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to StudyBridge in the three months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence.
Suspension, termination and enforcement
StudyBridge reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any agency account if the agency:
Provides false information during onboarding
Misleads students about programs, universities, fees, or outcomes
Is flagged by one or more students for fraudulent or dishonest conduct, and StudyBridge's investigation finds the complaint to be substantiated
Violates any provision of these Terms
Engages in conduct that damages the reputation or integrity of the StudyBridge platform
Upon termination, the agency's branded subdomain will be deactivated, their program listings will be removed from the marketplace, and their subscription will not be refunded for any remaining period.
StudyBridge reserves the right to pursue legal action against agencies found to have caused material harm to students through the platform.
StudyBridge or the relevant agency may suspend or terminate a student account if the student submits fraudulent documents, violates acceptable use rules, or engages in conduct that compromises the platform or other users.
Students may flag an agency for misconduct at any time by contacting support@studybridgee.io with details of their complaint. StudyBridge will review all flagged reports and take appropriate action, which may include warning, suspension, or permanent ban of the agency. Students will be notified of the outcome of their report.
Changes to these terms
StudyBridge may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The current version of these Terms is always available at studybridgee.io/terms.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to StudyBridge's operating entity. All users retain any statutory rights available to them under the mandatory laws of their country of residence, which these Terms do not override.
Data protection matters are governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU member state law, given that all user data is stored in the EU region.
